The Healing Curiosity Project

Longer-term support for slow, steady, sustainable improvements to your health

This is your space to pause, reset and rebuild your relationship with your body – gently, consistently and without pressure.

Healing is not linear.

It is not quick and it definitely is not achieved by pushing through symptoms or pretending everything is fine.

Healing is a project – a living, evolving one.

It has milestones, feedback loops, experiments, reflections and collaboration. You deserve someone alongside you who can stay calm and curious even on the days you cannot.

Who this is for:

This programme is ideal if you are:

Living with chronic symptoms
Feeling lost, stuck or overwhelmed by unpredictable health
Exhausted by conflicting advice and “one-size fits all” solutions
Struggling to maintain progress when symptoms flare
Ready to understand your body rather than fight with it
Looking for support that adapts to your energy and capacity.
If you’ve lost trust in your body, or feel like it has lost trust in you, this work can help you rebuild that relationship.

What we’ll do together

Over 8-12 weeks, we slow everything down so you can hear what your body has been trying to tell you. We explore:

01.

Nervous System Safety

Understanding how stress, fear, and symptoms interact and how to gently create more calm.

02.

Your Patterns and Triggers

Why things flare, why energy fades, why progress stalls – and what you can do about it.

03.

Compassionate Curiosity

Learning to replace self-criticism with gentle questioning that leads to insight, not overwhelm.

04.

Pacing that works in real life

Creating strategies that fit your energy -not strategies that expect you to magically feel better.

05.

Sustainable change

Tiny steps that feel realistic even on difficult days .

What you will take away with you

By the end you can expect:

Tools to handle flare-ups without spiralling
Clarity about what supports your body (and what doesn’t)
A personalised strength audit
A gentler, more compassionate relationship with yourself
More confidence in navigating your health day-to-day
A sense of partnership with your body rather than a battle

This isn’t a quick fix. It’s slow, steady, sustainable change – the kind that last because it’s built on evidence based understanding, not guesswork.

How it works

Step One

Book a Free Curiosity Call

A relaxed chat to explore what you need and whether this support feels right for you at this time.

Step Two

Set the Baseline

Once your level of support has been agreed, we go at your pace. Every week builds on the last to better understand how you got here and where you want to go.

Step THree

Guided Experimentation

Take small steps toward positive change shaped around your life and symptoms.

Step Four

Reflection

Healing is iterative, not linear – reflect on what is working and what needs to be adjusted, repeated or dropped.

A gentle reminder

This programme isn’t about forcing your body to behave. It’s about creating the conditions where healing feels possible.

If you are looking for a quick fix, I’m not the right coach.
If you’re looking for a compassionate guide to walk alongside you in the murky waters of human health, I’d love to meet you.
